Our GemstonesSignature Jewelry Studio designs a vast array of high-end jewelry with some of the highest quality gemstones including diamonds, rubies, sapphires, emeralds, Fai Chui (jadeite) among others. We use only natural, and genuine gemstones. Unlike some of our competitors we do not use glass filled, heated, or synthetic gemstones. The skeleton frame of our tailor-made creations would be per customer choice of platinum, 18 Karat solid yellow, or 18 karat white gold.

Returns & RefundsAll Tailor-Made Jewelry is nonrefundable. No refunds will be issued or approved for any of our Tailor/Custom Made Jewelry Collection and Creations. Regarding Pearls Budget Collection, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase of any of Pearls Budget Collection, we offer a hassle-free return (customer pays for shipping cost of the returned item). Refunds of the purchase price minus a processing fee of 25% of purchase price will be issued within a week of receiving the returned item.
